DIGITAL DESIGN AND MEDIA CLUB MEETING

To all who can attend…

This Wednesday, we will be holding a meeting in order to discuss the
formation of the Digital Design and Media club. During this meeting
we will cover the following subjects:

– assigning officers via voting (presidents, treasurer,…etc.)
– finalizing the constitution of the club
– how we will handle meetings (how often, where, when)
– begin throwing around ideas of how to get people interested in
joining the club

Also, people can bring points to the table if they want to. We need
to get things rolling if we want to meet the deadline of November
22nd. If we do not form the club by then, our budget will go from a
possible $2,000 to $1,000 for this semester.

Since we have no room to ourselves, we should meet in the sitting area
on the second floor of 1P. We will be meeting at 2:30pm on Wednesday.
However, if it is easier to get everyone to meet on Thursday at
1:30pm, we can meet then instead.

Keep in mind that I already asked Professor Mandiber if he could join
us on Wednesday and he confirmed. Changing to Thursday might mean
holding the meeting without him present.
