DESIGN AND DIGITAL MEDIA CLUB

The club will be chartering soon!

I have a meeting with Debi Kee (the head of the Student Life office) on Friday @ 10:30am. She wants to discuss with me our constitution. From what she told me, we wil have very few problems with the way our paperwork looks. If anyone wants to come with me to the meeting, e-mail me and we’ll talk about it. I don’ t want to bring more than 2 other people for two reasons:

A) I’m not sure if she will allow it and
B) I don’t want to overwhelm her with people talking to her at once.

Now, I’d like to have a meeting next Thursday, the 14th. I know not alot of people like having meetings on Thursdays, but if you can make it, we will get things rolling smoother.

One more thing:

I’ll need a list of everyone’s e-mail addresses. Not immediately, but eventually.
On the club membership form, some people signed where it asked for the e-mail address. If we’re going to start a newsletter, we’ll need a nice crisp list of addresses.
